Energy Club Strong is more than just making muscles! Let's strengthen our community together by shopping local! We strongly believe in shopping local and want to know what products or services you offer! All members are invited to bring their products, business cards, gift certificates etc for FREE Networking & Vendor events for December Member Appreciation! We're kicking it off on Shop Small Saturday!
All members and guests are invited to stop by to Meet N Greet & Shop on:
Sat Nov 27 from 9am to 12 noon,
Wed Dec 1 from 9am to 12 noon, and/ or
Mon Dec 6 from 5pm to 7pm!

New Member Orientation: Discover all the exercise options and amenities for your fitness plan.
Silver Sneakers: Build strength, range of motion, coordination, endurance, standing balance and friendships to enjoy life!
Small Group Training: Effective strength and endurance workout using various exercise equipment and techniques with an experienced trainer.
Spin: Pedal through hill climbs, sprints and other exercises on a stationary bike for cardiovascular endurance and strength. All levels welcome, remember to bring a towel and water bottle!
TRX: Suspension band training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.
Yoga: Improve breathing, strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness with full body workout to help you feel energetic and refreshed! Bring a mat or towel. Suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced.
Zumba: Let the music move you for this fun, easy to-follow calorie-burning fitness-party!
